Returns will not be accepted unless they are preapproved by PBE Firesale™ and we provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your package for return shipping. You do not need to create an account to search for products and view deals. Products can be added to your cart without logging in. When ready, go to checkout from your shopping cart, and you will be prompted to sign in to your account or to create a new one. All you need for a new account is your name, a valid email address and a password. Add your billing and shipping information to your account to save it for future orders.
If you do decide you do not want to create an account, just follow the same steps above but do not create the optional password. Just click “Continue” to checkout as a Guest.

We accept VISA and MasterCard as forms of payment. The PBE Firesale™ eBay store also accepts payment from Paypal accounts. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.
PBE Firesale™ uses Fed Ex as our shipping carrier. We offer Fed Ex standard ground shipping or Fed Ex 2-day shipping. All orders will be processed within 48 hours, and all rush orders will be processed within 24 hours. Fed Ex ground shipments will be delivered between 5-8 business days from time of processing. Fed Ex 2-day shipments will be delivered within two days from the time of processing.
Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations. As such, items may come in multiple packages and arrive to you at different delivery times. We do ensure that your items will arrive to you within the time frame guaranteed by your shipping option.
Fed Ex provides tracking numbers for its shipments, and that information will be emailed to you and available online once your order has been shipped. You can check your order status by logging in and clicking the “My Account” tab at the top of the page. Your account page will list all of your previous orders with PBE Firesale™. Click on the order number to view tracking information.
PBE Firesale™ orders can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.

If changes made lead to your order being cancelled, and a charge has already been made to your credit card, PBE Firesale™ will refund a credit to your credit card for the amount charged.
